 Curry pastes and Condiments

Delivery under the costumer's brand name is also possible.

PASTES

Red curry paste includes dried red chilli, shallots, garlic, galangal, lemon grass, coriander seed, kaffir lime peel and salt.
   
 
Panang curry paste is one of the many pastes based on red curry, but the recipe includes more dry spices. It gives out a little stronger fragrance than red curry.
     
 

Green curry paste includes green chilli, shallots, garlic, galangal, lemon grass, coriander seed, turmeric, kaffir lime peel and salt.

     
 
Masaman curry is an Indian influenced curry, and unlike other Thai curries it contains many ground dry spices as ingredients, including cumin, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves.
     

If you like a strong taste and the cooked curry is too mild. Apply some more curry paste directly into the curry, stir well. No need to re-cook. The taste will be simply stronger. DO NOT ADD TOO MUCH CURRY PASTE AT FIRST. Add little by little.
